2. Network infrastructure: MediRing can be used on almost every Internet, Intranet or Extranet infrastructure with POP3 and SMTP capability.

3. Subscription and billing: The minimum subscription period is 1 year. Payment at the beginning of the 1-year period. Subscriptions will be silently continued until explicit request to end the subscription, at least one month before the end of a 1-year period. Invoices will be sent on paper.
